InterNACHIĀ® Certifications
Hi, I'm Mike!
With more than 35 years of hands-on experience in the building and HVAC industries, I bring a practical, experienced eye to every home inspection. My background spans residential construction as well as complex commercial and industrial projects, including work on houses, colleges, universities, hospitals, and long-term care facilities, giving me a perspective that goes beyond the classroom. Several of those years have been spent as a senior Foreman. To build on that real-world experience, I completed the Carson and Dunlop home inspection course with honours, earning their Board of Governors Certificate, and I'm an InterNACHI® Certified Inspector who continues pursuing further education, including thermal imaging.
At Three Trees, my goal is simple: provide a thorough, honest inspection, explain my findings clearly, and give you the knowledge you need to make a confident decision about your home. That's why I use thermal imaging, moisture detection, and drone technology as a standard part of every inspection, not as upsells, because I see technology as a way to support my experience, not replace it.
